Love muffins, there is some true monkey doodle foolishness brewing in Hollywood. It looks like a judge has set a trial date for the stars of E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians for February 17, 2009. Jesus take the wheel and drive me off the road! Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and brother Robert Jr. have been accused of using singer Brandy’s mother credit card without her permission. Here’s the background story: Kim was the stylist for Brandy from 2006-2007 and was given a credit card by Brandy’s mother, Sonja Norwood, to do some shopping for Brandy. Kim was apparently dating Brandy’s brother Ray J and then there was a tape, they broke up, and now there is $120,000 on a credit card and two different stories how it got there (B. Scott takes a breath). Of course the Kardashians are denying any wrong doing, and saying they had permission to charge up the card. Sonja Norwood is seeking to get all of her money back plus 10 percent interest. Kim just ask Reggie to reach into those deep orgasmic pockets and slide you a few bills. The ultimate decision will come down to the judge, but who do you think is telling the truth in this story?

it’s hard to tell. you know them norwood kids probably don’t have any money (i could be wrong) so they could be trying to sue just for some money. BUT on the flip side kim could have been pissed about the whole sex tape thing since ray j is the one who put it out there. like i said, it’s hard to tell who’s telling the truth. it’s a bunch of he say, she say. brandy’s mom could be telling the truth but the fact that she actually gave the card to kim is working against her. how would they know that kim didn’t spend all that money on brandy? how do they know brandy is wearing all the shit that kim spent money on? this might not go anywhere. but, as i said before i could be wrong. that’s just my thoughts on the whole thing.

The idea that the Norwoods are broke is ridiculous.
I personally feel Sonja has no reason to lie on the Kardashians and I assume she (and her legal team) have some type of proof, otherwise I doubt she’d bring up the alligations in the first place.

It’s obvious that Kim is telling the truth. Ray J was wining and dining her when they were a couple. So that could be where most of the money was spent.
Plus she was Brandy’s stylist. We all know Brandy loves to dress in the best. So if Kim did charge anything on that card…it was for Brandy.
Sonja should question her own kids. Kim and her siblings aren’t broke…so they don’t need the Norwoods money.
And Brandy and Kim has been spotted together earlier this year…so why would Brandy smile in pictures with a woman her mother is accusing of billing up her credit card?

it just sounds funny to me. kim could be guilty but at the same time how did her mom not have ANY clue that this amount was charged? if i hand over a credit card like that i’m gonna keep tabs on what’s being bought.
and that’s another aspect. how does she know ray j didn’t charge the hell out of that card. it’s all just circumstances. she was her stylist for a whole year. in that whole year kim just bought a bunch of stuff for herself w/o brandy’s mom knowing???

Sonja has no reason to make up lies. She trusted her employee at the time, Kim K., to be ETHICAL in performing her job duties which was something obviously Kim had no idea how to be or do. If Kim did have any ETHICS let alone values, Sonja would not have taken this course of action against her. It is about character and principality….something that Kim obviously know nothing of.

When you have alot of cash you have accountants that are supposed to make you aware of any strange charges but if your rich and you spend thousands it might not be impossible to overlook such charges.Kim is not a millionaire she just recently started making a larger income by appearances and such.The Norwoods have alot to lose like credibility would make a claim without any proof.I hope Reggie lends Kimmy some money for her defense this could take awhile.

Kim’s father was a lawyer in the O.J. Simpson trial, her mother owns a boutique, her step father is a famous tennis player. I doubt Kim is yearning for 123,000 dollars. Brandy’s mom will not be able to provide proof that the purchases were not for Brandy, if the items are clothes. She was hired as a stylist, so as a stylist she was deamed to make purchases for attire for Brandy. Now I don’t know if she bought herself something ,but it’s like, why would you give her your credit card, if you did not trust her to make correct purchases?

This is not the first time that I’ve heard about this.Sonia Norwood came out with these allegations sometime last year, TMZ had the court documents on their website.If my memory serves me correctly Sonia has some sort of proof because all of the charges she was suing for were made at their DASH store and other places by Khole and Kourtney and Robert. I also remember reading the charges were made after she was no longer employed as Brandy’s stylist.Sonia stated that she spoke with Kim about it when she intially saw the charges, and Kim agreed to reimburse her , and as we see that never happened. I personally am inclined to be Team Norwood on this one I think it was done out of anger not need.

the kardashians,like paris hilon, are only known because they want to be known.
It’s not like they’re known for anything like acting,singing,theatrical,technical,etc.
They’re entire family(except the 2 little girls,who by the way,will grow up so much more beatiful than any of the current crop of K girls)is stricktly known for being known,nothing else.
I could easilly see them charging over $100K to their shop for Brandy(someone who actually has talent and a career) so they could make some money.(maybe the E money train isn’t paying to keep them in the style they think they’re entitled to.
I say sue them for all they’ve got.
