June 19, 2008 Does This Look Familiar?

Sienna Miller and Keira Knightley share a hug Wednesday at the Edinburgh premiere of their new drama, The Edge of Love. Is it just me or does this hat and hair and almost everything about this photo seem oddly familiar. Except for the dress you could almost think it is Lindsay Lohan and her BFF Samantha Ronson. Thoughts?
