June 5, 2008 Should Shannon Doherty Come Back To 90210?
Love muffins, some fans feel that the 90210 zip code would not be the same without Shannon Doherty. Doherty made the role of Brenda Walsh popular in the early 90’s along with Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth (whom are returning). We all heard the behind the scene antics – that could be the reason why there is hardly no talk of her returning. Would you want to see her return to the spin-off, and are there any other characters you would like to see brought back?

Maybe she can have a recurring role. And some of the others, like “Dylan.”

Brenda is all that ever really mattered…it was her + Brandon’s show but Valerie was my girl too love her…I cried when Brenda and Valerie left the show, Kelly makes me sick til’ this day LOL!!!!

I feel you Richee…I never liked Kelly. It was always about the “twins”. I personally love Shannon Doherty as an actress. Even when she was on Charmed, the show just was not the same without her. I continued to watch 90210 for the most part when she left; but when she left Charmed, I never watched another episode. I would love for her to come back and be a part of the new show.

90210 was always about Brenda and Brandon for me. I also liked the saga between Tori Spelling and who was it David? He’d be an interesting character to see. But how are they going to integrate the old and new characters. I mean, shouldn’t all the old ones be successful and not hanging out with teenagers by now?

I would love to see Shannen Doherty on the spin off. They should also address the marriage of Donna/David. Is he coming back? I have to say Steve really grew on me towards the end of the original show.

If Shannon’s not on the show – is there really a point in watching? All the rest of them are pretty talentless and washed up – at least Shannon can act well.

I would like to see Shannen agin as Brenda. Maybe her second change to show everyone that she is grown up now and no more the drama queen that she was before.

I read this week that She quit because her father was sick and she couldn’t concentrate anymore. She picked up her family. Good for her.
I really want her to come back and Dylan also. They were the best couple of all. Their love was so real, but Jennie Gart is always making those faces, just hard to believe her, she was like posing all the time.

This week publication says that Brenda is remembered as “the bad girl” I think they’re so wrong, she was rebel, that’s it, but she wasn’t the bad girl. She did things that many of us wouldn’t have the courage to do. She was good and honest. The bad girl was Kelly, she was a slut. Donna wanted to see a band, and she didn’t want to, but when they decided to go she said, now I wan to… same with Dylan, same with Brandon, same with the roll of actress, and Dylan’s friend. And Tori wasn’t a good actress either.
