June 4, 2008 New Movie Review: Sex and the City: The Movie
I know you are probably tired of seeing me post about the Sex and the City: The Movie, but I can’t help myself! That movie was so splendiferous – THERE IS TALK OF A SEQUEL! I need to reiterate that this movie instantly became one of my favorite movies – I cried, laughed, thought about my future as far as love is concerned. I am not the only one who loved the movie. Christina Aguilera threw a SATC-themed party for a friend in West Hollywood.
On the menu: champagne cocktails, named after SATC inspirations including the “Carrie.”
For dessert, Aguilera (who once spoofed Samantha Jones in a Saturday Night Live skit) served, “a cake designed with two Manolo Blahnik high heels made of sparkling sugar,” a source told Usmagazine.com.
There were also shirtless waiters – Samantha’s favorite eye candy! Thoughts?

B.Scott please keep posting about this movie! It is officially one of my all time fav flicks as well!! If you haven’t seen it please do it is so so splendiferous divine!!

Well B. you know that NurseFAB and I went all out. We plan to do the same for the DVD release! I may have to “steal” some of Ms Aguilera’s ideas for my little DVD party!!!

Of course they will do a sequel…that movie kicked butt last weekend at the box office. It made me realize that there is a shortage of movies that women can really get excited about. I own the whole series on DVD and I can’t wait to own the Movie.

Just got back from the cinema and watched SAC.
Overall it was an okay movie, i expected it to be amazing but was quite disappointed.
Some parts were good, but the end was incredibly weak and predictable.
You have to be a SAC stan to love this movie, because its mediocre.
