June 3, 2008 Solange – I Decided (Live)
Solange’s new video for her single “I Decided” is set to premiere tomorrow, but to old you over until then, I posted a live performance of her single “I Decided” from ‘The Art of Love Tour’ while in she was in Kansas City recently. She did a super duper splendiferous job – I just wish the video quality was much better. I cannot wait until her album drops. Thoughts?

Her voice has gotten stronger. She is really coming into her own. I love the fact that she has her own lane. Keep it up!!!

Love, love, love what Solange is doing. Perhaps now the big sister will sit down for awhile and let another Knowles get some shine….can’t wait for her CD. Will be one of the few I actually buy this year.

Yeah right! Mathew ain’t letting his cash cow sit down and take a break! New album coming out this year AND two movies that he’s executive producing. He knows where the money’s at so until Solo, Kelly, and Michelle show and prove, Mathew’s singing–in his best Faith Evans voice–YOU GETS NO LOVE…FROM…ME!

I think that she did a great job!!! I was not entirely sure about the song at first, but it is definitely growing on me. Based on that fact alone, and not who she is related to, or what her last name is – I think she put on a solid performance.

I am on cloud 9 because my hubby got me tix to see Raheem DeVaughn and Chrisette Michelle in NYC next week and Solange will be performing with them. I am not that into her but maybe seeing her live will make a difference!

I’m not feeling Solange. She is like Ray J to me…too eager to ride the cape of the super sibling. I won’t hate on her though. When you have an opportunity to get some shine, you should take it. Hopefully she will change my mind. Only time will tell.
