Mariah Carey performed live one of my favorite songs “I’ll Be Lovin’ U Long Time” from E=MC2 at MTV’s Video Music Awards in Japan Saturday night. Mimi’s toned body, divine silver mini dress, fierce honey brown hair and her voice were all just splendiferous! I can tell she is truly happy at this point in her life! The stellar performance was so super duper LIVE and relaxed – she just walked around on that stage letting her Asian fans have it! Mimi honestly looks better than she has in her entire life, good for you girl!

I freaking love this song! its so feel good to me..just puts me in a chill mode. It was the first track off the album I liked right away. The performance was cool.. the video didnt play all the way for me…however from what I could see it seem like a promising performance. Love the dramatic intro..it was hot..now B I love you..and I know you will cut somebody over Mariah…but Live?…no it wasnt..

It was live, its totally different from the studio version. Plus Im a mariah fanatic and I can tell when shes lip synching. This is LIVE!
Much better performance compared to the previous ones which were weak. I just loove this song, its soo great for the summer. Hope she releases it.

Omg is this actually B replying to me? if so.. im so honored that you replied to my post…I feel like like god just gave me a shout out lol. But I know you love your MiMi but I just know pre-recorded vocals from live. Which Pre-recorded vocals are different from the studio version which is its purpose. But whatever the case I still love the song and this performance! And yea this is my jam, a real good summer single.

That was a great performance! I think it was live as well and it’s a shame that this is debated on all of her performances. She’s amazing.

d Thats what it seems to be to me too. Dont get me wrong I still think mariah is good in the studio. But live she just doesnt diliver anymore to me. Which is why I think she does a lot of prerecorded vocals now. But this is only my opinion, not fact. I mean no offense to anyone..I like Mariah
and her new album.

I love this song. She looks great (as always) in the video, too. I kind of wonder if she pre-recorded her vocals as well. But whatev….I still loved it.

i don’t know why but i can’t get into this song . i liked the performance, but the song is not a favorite of mine. as i said the performance was good.

its a shame that we have to question whether or not her live performances are “live” but its her own fault.
