This is actually a pretty catchy song, and the video was hot. I’ve never her of this Koda Kumi chick before, but she’s pretty cute, and her and Fergie look fabulous.

It is rather sad that Koda Kumi didn’t have a larger role in the video, and that she didn’t sing in Japanese. But, what she did do, she did rather well. I love her music, and I’m hoping that as more Americans become exposed to her through this song (and maybe other ventures), they’ll like her as well and want to hear more. She’s currently the #2 artist in Japan (and has been for about 2 years or so), so she’s really big overseas. Fergie, of course, did well too, and I’ll bee looking for her next album drop (Koda Kumi’s album, Kingdom, has already dropped and is doing well on the Oricon charts)!
