May 31, 2008 ‘Sex and the City: The Movie’ Thoughts?
For those of you love muffins that had the opportunity to watch Sex and the City: The Movie last night, what are your thoughts? It instantly became one of my favorite movies – I cried, laughed, thought about my future as far as love is concerned and realized my desire to move to New York City is alive and well.

Now B., you know the FABsisters hit the “red carpet” last night. The movie is soooooooFAB!! It made you laugh, cry, get angry, and rejoice. It was all that one would expect from “Sexy in the City.” And the fashion did not disappoint. Oh, and the FABsisters looked HOT too!! LOL

They just need to bring back the series! The women are in different places in their lives and I’d like to see more. The movie was so heartwarming. I could really appreciate the complexities in the relationships. Even my friend who wasn’t into the series enjoyed it. Samantha was killin it in all that yellow. Charlotte’s black bridesmaid dress was the ish! I will have to see it just one more time, and then I’ll be set until the DVD release!
A side note – JHud’s performance…WONK WONK WOOOOONK….

p.s.
JHUDS small part was ok…I just wished she would have toned down some of her twang…or was the scripted…it was very hard to tell.. all in all I am happy with the movie.
side bar – so did stanley and Anthony hook up?

I do wish that Kelly Rowland got J-Hud’s part. But it really was a small part that “anybody” could have done… J-Hud needs larger roles, after all, she is an Oscar winner!!!

I think the movie was excellent, it’s even better then what I expected!! Thye reprised the roles so well that it felt like the girls never left…just a leave of absence. I’m going to see it again this week.
