    B scott, I sent you an e-mail about how Ms. Mary is my diva of all divas. Stay Down is THE song for me. I have been a fan for a long time. This song touches me on so many levels. It takes me back to when my husband kept the fort down when I was in nursing school. Twenty years later, here we are; still living, learning, and loving through it all. He stayed down. We are a bi-racial couple (I’m a black woman and he is a white man) who have weathered all storms here in Texas. We have Five beautiful children. Three in college and doing well, one in high school and middle school. Stay down is it for me, he can still get it in on that song! Thank you!

    im so mad i didnt see Mary on tour, but i couldnt sit thru jayz set, nah. but ne way Mary is the best in the game, 4get the rest, shes the best.

    She started off great and then all of a sudden a tornado on a song that should have been smooth – she did it great on the CD.

    Alright now texasmama. Don’t be making me cry up in here. You know, I have this CD and the first time I listened to it I didn’t like it so I never listened to it again. I guess I need to give it another shot. Maybe it needs to grow on me.

    People sleep on MJB, she been on tha scene since 1991, and people still sleep on her. She is like no other, so there is no need to compare. The LONGEVITY says it all. MJB is the truth!!
