Chris Brown celebrated his 19th birthday with girlfriend Rihanna at the Rebel in New York Tuesday night. Rihanna looked super duper cute in her black mini and pink jacket. mrsFAB I was thinking the same thing. It seems Chris Mr Brown has been on the scene for awhile but I forget he started young
