Halle Berry Weight Loss Revealed!

Love muffins, on People.com Halle revealed what her exercise post baby routine was like.
Cardio is accomplished either on the elliptical, a kickboxing segment, doing stairs or a hill climb. The circuit is a daily strength-training segment that combines three body areas with some sort of leg workout. Core work includes abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor exercises.
A little thrusty-thrust can’t hurt anyone! Watch, when you see B. Scott at the club, I’ll be thrusting and paw pawing it out! Halle also mentioned that stretching was very important - “a vital part of every workout.” Speak the truth Halle! She was photographed while hosting the Revlon Run/Walk for Women in Los Angeles, CA on Monday. She looked stunning!

I love halle but excersising for a short time can not make you lose all that weight in 4 months. She had some sort of surgery It took me a while to lose my baby weight. I hate how hollywood is on this skinny trip it makes me sick. Especialy when a star just had a baby 1-6 weeks ago you see them skinner now then befor they were even pregnant. Tony braxton confess on national Tv that after when she had her babies she went straight to the plastic surgen.

You can drop alot of weight in a short time if you can stick it out at the gym for 3-4 hours a day. The biggest loser contestants lose major weight. I wish I could pay a trainer to motivate me 4 hours a day.
