Video Footage Of Janet’s Free Show!

May 12, 2008

Remember I told you about the free concert that Janet Jackson held on Thursday in California? Well super hot footage from that day was shot and posted on YouTube. She performed “Luv” and “Rhythm Nation”. The crowd got really excited when they figured out that Janet was performing “Rhythm Nation”. If you’re wondering why she didn’t charge anyone for the concert, well she wanted to thank her fans and the troops for all they have done. Work it out Janet! Thoughts?

LOL Khalid you’re a trip!! :) You know I used to think that Janet could not sing and dance live… but to my surprise she can. You should take a look at her old stuff when she’s actually live in concerts on Youtube… THE WOMAN IS AMAZING!!! Doing the amount and style of dancing she was doing and holding those notes is incredible!! Though she may infact lip synch in concerts nowadays, i wish she would not because she is quite capable of delivering a solid live performance… GO JANET!!

i think what she did was wonderful, its not very often if at all you see artists give back to their fans like that, especially putting on a free concert for them. We love you Janet!! I love you BSCOTT!!!!

I have to say that I am very upset about her performance. But I will say that Snoop put on a show he really showed his appreciation to the military. I was right in the front. We all had a wonderful time. It was nice that so many artist took the time out to say Thank You to our men in the U.S.M.C because so many people forget that no matter what you believe that have to do there job.

They leave there families and put there lifes on the line for this country no matter what they believe in. Mean hile we all sit back here safe while they do the dirty work. So the next time you see a marine just say thanks you for keeping you eyes open so can close yours.

Khalid, Janet is running around NYC looking to spend $30 Million on an apartment. I would not mind being wack like Janet as you put it. With that said, Janet Jackson is an entertainer. She does not have the voicals like Mariah, Whitney, or Beyonce. And of course I can go on and on with other power house divas, i.e, Patti Labelle, Mary J Blige. Like it or not! Janet Jackson is truly an Icon. Where is Michael? hmmmm, I she baby sis has out shined, out lasted the whole Jackson clan. Madonna does not have strong vocals, at 50 she is still around. It’s all about how one markets themselves to the public. Peace, Love & Hair Grease….
