Earlier this week, Lindsay was accused of stealing a blond mink coat from Masha Markova who attended the same club on January 20, 2008. Due to a private birthday party at 1Oak, the club was closed down for the private affair.

Two weeks later, Markova flipped through the Feb. 11 edition of OK! Magazine and couldn’t believe her eyes – Lohan was photographed the night of Jan. 26 wearing the very same fur coat.

“I was actually talking on the phone to my grandmother about something else, and then I flipped through the magazine, saw the picture said, ‘I need to call you back,’ ” Markova told The Post yesterday.

Lindsay did indeed enter the club in a short black coat, but left later on that night in the mink coat. From reading about the incident, it never mentioned Masha being concerned about the mink coat until Lindsay was spotted wearing the coat in the February 11th edition of OK! magazine.

Markova and her lawyer stopped short of accusing Lohan of wrongdoing. But they still want her to pay at least $10,000 for the unauthorized, three-week rental.

Lohan’s spokeswoman did not return calls.

Due to the fur coat drama, Lauren Hastings is also claiming that Lindsay stole clothings from her closet during a party as well.

“Basically, I have two closets, a lot of the stuff was missing out of one and the next closet was almost completely empty,” Hastings says on a video featured on the buzznet site, claiming her things disappeared during an unauthorized late-night party tossed by her housesitter…In an email to PEOPLE, Lohan’s rep responds: “This is all not true. I wonder if there is any truth to both stories. Do you think that Lauren (a model) and Masha are just gutter butt trollops who are trying to get their name in the paper after they allowed Lindsay to borrow their clothings or did Lindsay really did steal the clothing? Thoughts?
