Even if those guys are guilty of the crime they are accused of, the police had no right to beat them in the streets. These cops won't get off so easier. It's difficult to prosecute police brutality because police officers are reluctant to speak out against each other. Luckily in this case, there is video. Corruption runs deeps. If that many officers are willing to boldly violate procedure, the whole department is corrupt. There is no way to justify what those cops did. I sense that these cops will be let off the hook. I can see the Defense attorney's re-enacting the Rodney King case, and convince the jury that there is more to the tape and to ignore the brutality.
