I have to agree by saying it sounds so much better/more emotional without a beat, slowed down and sung by them. I love the background vocals & ad libs. Really beautiful song, the only thing is I wish she would stuck to grammatically correct english, it takes a little away from the song for me.

This is a great version and I LOVE how they put in the “One Sweet Day” chorus toward the end!! Just goes to show how Mariah still has the ability to touch her fans on an emotional level.

If I’m not mistaken, this is the group that models themselves after my favorite, Boyz II Men. I believe they opened for the Boyz on tour and have several vids on You Tube.
I love how they prefaced the song. You can hear the Boyz II Men influence in their vocal arrangement & vocal inflections.
