Love muffins, it looks like the cast of “Girlfriends” will be suing The CW network for not honoring their contract and not paying the money they are due! Take me higher lord! Since the Writer’s Guild Strike, The CW decided not film the remaining episodes and chose to cancel the series all together.

According to Tv.com, The CW made the cast members an offer to return for a “retrospective” episode that would feature recaps of the previous shows and cast members reflecting on those shows. The CW apparently only offered to pay the actors half of their episodic salary to shoot the makeshift finale, thus the stars collectively opted not to participate…”The network told them point blank, ‘Sue us!’ After using this show to help built its name, The CW has turned their back on them and disrespected them in the most horrible way,” said someone associated with the show, who spoke under the condition of anonymity.

Love muffins, I came across a video from the super duper talented ladies of Destiny’s Child, Kelly and Michelle (minus Beyonce), at an undisclosed location at the Four Seasons Hotel. Kelly was in London last week, but now she is conveniently back in the states! In case you missed it, Beyonce and Jay Z took out a marriage license in Scarsdale, N.Y. earlier this week. Rumor has it that Beyonce and Jay Z will be exchanging I Do’s today and that guests MUST wear all ivory. Supposedly, the location was not on the invitation for the private affair. I don’t know what is going on! Take me higher lord!
