With the Hollywood red carpets full of celebrities, models with long flowing tresses, picture perfect outfits, and makeup in place—Agyness Deyn is a new and welcomed face. Agyness, whose real name is Laura Hollins, is a 24 year old British model who is taking the runway by storm and has been deemed “the next Kate Moss.” Known for her obvious good looks, bleached blonde boyish cut hair, and not so norm red carpet fashion sense; Agyness gets everyone’s attention! She has walked runways all across the world and currently models in ad campaigns for Burberry and Giorgio Armani. Let’s admit, her fashion sense is…well…let’s just say it’s different. But for some reason, she gets a fashion pass from me. She has described her look as evolving from being “boyish punk” to now “lady punk.”

What you can take from Agyness is to not be afraid to make a statement with your look. You can switch up your hair style by cutting it at a different length, or by coloring or streaking it. And if you don’t want to make a statement that way, you can make it with some of this spring/summer’s trends. Wearing bright colors is one of this season’s biggest trends. Pick out yellows, pinks, or neon colors for your clothes and/or paint your nails a bright color! Another one of this season’s trends is women wearing menswear type fashions. Add a fedora hat to top off your outfit or add a menswear vest to splendiforize your look. Just have fun with it! Just like our girl Agyness! — Jessica Brown
