1 egg

1 c. milk
2 oz. Madeira
2 oz. brandy
Grated nutmeg

In a saucepan, whisk together 1 egg, sugar and milk; bring to a boil. Add Madeira and brandy. When frothy, pour into a mug and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
