Love muffins Mariah Carey’s promotional campaign for E=MC² is in full effect! As apart of that Mimi has been named MTV’s Artist of the Week as part of their MTV 52/52 campaign.
To coincide with the release of E=MC², MTV will be airing Mariah skits all week long on commercial breaks before, during and after regular programming. These hilariously splendiferous skits capture Mariah’s true humor and joyful personality. Her dog JJ (the doggy that recently bit her hand), who was given a voice by her Mimi’s good friend Snoop Dogg accompanies Mariah on many of the skits that were taped in Los Angeles in March. In addition to the skits, we get a special look at acoustic performances of songs from the new album! The video above compiles 12 different skits that aired on MTV today, including:
• Performance of “I’m That Chick”
• Performance of “Migrate”
• Performance of “Love Story”
• Performance of “Touch My Body”
• Mariah hitting high notes, as demanded by JJ
• Mariah recording “I’m That Chick” in the studio, given instructions by JJ
• Mariah running on the treadmill in high heels
• JJ and Mariah pictured by the paparazzi

The performance clips were amazing. She sounds and looks great. The skits are hilarious! Especially the ones with her dog. LOVE IT!
