That’s right represent my people from Jamaica! I’ve seen her on the Carribean channel here in NYC…where they show all of the videos for Carribean artists. She is one of the hottest ones out there and she’s worked with many people in the game.

You right WATCHWHUTUSAY – she is NOT a new artist. And that is the biggest misconception of artists who haven’t been heard of much. She’s been in the game since way back when. But some people fail to realize that.

However, to Erica Nicole and WATCHWHATUSAY…who said she was a NEW artist?
The only part where I see B.Scott said new is when he used the word “new” when he said “her new track”. Unless he edited his post after. If so, my bad.
Anyhow, this song is hot. The video is supposed to be done now. I just hope she gets the exposure she needs and that she is well received.

I did not make that assumption. All I did was agree with WATCHWHATUSAY on how people can make a misconception about artists who have been in the game for a while. He said she’s not a new artist, and I agreed. There’s no crime in agreeing with what someone said.

All am saying or was trying to figure out is the relevance. It’s not as if the poster above him/her said “new artist” or B.Scott said the same…
…so I was just a little curious why s/he needed to say that. Maybe it was said so that other posters who may think so can know this? I don’t know.
Am just saying…I don’t see where all this misconception/NOT A NEW ARTIST thing came from lol.
Anyway, it’s not that serious.
P.S. If someone who was oblivious to the fact that Tami existed heard her for the first time, then it’s not their fault if they think she’s a new artist. After all, she is not a household name a la Rihanna, at least not yet. I’m just saying…

You are right – its no biggie. But all I was doing (again I have to say this) was agreeing with what WATCHWHATUSAY had to say. You stated this:

I like the new song! It will be a good track to listen to on the dance floor and in the gym! Honestly, I prefer her sister’s voice but they are both talented! Her sister is very talented too!
