1. Drink This! “Carrot Cake Shooter”
You can have carrot cake on a plate, or you can have carrot cake in a shot glass. Take your pick!
0.5 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
0.5 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
0.5 oz. Frangelico
Pour each ingredient into a separate mixing glass. Mix thoroughly and strain into a chilled shot glass.
2. Watch This! Sweeney Todd
Oscar winner Johnny Depp is now available on DVD as of this past Tuesday. If you’re a Depp fan, then you’ve probably already seen it. If you’re a true Depp fan, then you’ve probably already bought it! For everyone else, head out to Blockbuster and see what you think about this Tim Burton directed horror musical.
3. Wear This! “The Belt”
Has anyone ever truly applauded the ways a simple piece of leather or fabric can really change the way you look in an outfit? Try a few styles that work for you. Wide and thick or long and skinny, spice up your style in a cinch.
4. Hear This! “Elephant Man—Our World”
We’ve really been missing out on some good dancehall and reggae lately! Check out the new video and song, “Our World”, from Elephant Man. What do you think love muffins? It’s a little something to groove to.
5. Do This! “The Brewery Artwalk”
Twice a year, local artists come together at The Brewery Lofts in Downtown LA to showcase and celebrate their work in the area’s largest art colony. It’s a two day, free for all starting April 5-6 from 11:00 am-6:00 pm. If you’ve ever wanted to discover new works, this is the time to do it.

I am so on Sweeny Todd. I just got it in the mail today via Netflix. I hope it’s as good as it looks. Say, Clap..is Elephant Man the guy who had all that controversey over his homophobic lyrics not too long ago?
Anywho…one of my favorite songs in that genre even though it’s a little tame is Dancehall Queen by Beanie Man feat. Chevelle Franklin. Ever since I saw that Miss Black Nude something or other on Real Sex some years ago. Then I saw the Dancehall Queen movie and I’ve been hooked on that song. It’s old but it works whenever I feel like a little dancehall flavor.
