I won’t assume anything here….but I can tell you about my experience with diet pills. Diet pills (such as Slimquick Extreme) do make a person lose the weight dramatically but in a slow way and when I say slow, from the time you start taking them, you could lose the weight within 1 month. Which is what happened with me last year in the summer. I went from 171 to 142. But then it caught up to me and almost made me sick so I stopped taking them and found another, healthier way to keep the weight off.
Now, this could be the same situation with her…from the photos that I’ve seen. When she first started the show with Paris Hilton, she didn’t look as skinny. She was slim and still had some baby fat.
If you also notice in the pic, pre-baby she did not have tetas – she was nearly flat-chested…during the pregnancy and post-baby, she now has the tetas. Its true about pregnancy – your body/appearance does change in some way. But in her case, the only weight gain she has is in her tetas.

My guess is.. if these women have c-section procedures, then they might have a lil’ ‘nip tuck’ or suction procedure along with that to take care of any excess fat. i.e. Elizabeth Hurley.. How’d she get small so quickly after having that baby? Or maybe I’m all out in left field with this theory. lol.

I agree with the c-section tummy tuck the same time thing. And then on top of that just excersise like crazy. They cant really starve themselves too much because you have to breastfeed and your body has to have vitamins and all that to nourish the baby.
