The 63rd Annual CIAA Basketball Tournament was held in Charlotte, NC this weekend, along with the HBCU’s (Historically Black College and University) annual Soulabration Events. From Feb.28-March 1 the Soulabration offered the Fan Experience which allowed fans to participate in a Gospel Celebration, meet and greet their favorite celebrities and attend several concerts and tournament after parties.
