March 4, 2008 Dannielynn Is Officially an Heiress!
Dannielynn has been named the sole heir to Anna Nicole Smith’s estate, a Los Angeles judge declared today. Last October, Smith’s attorney and companion Howard K. Stern (the executor of her estate) filed papers seeking to clarify intentions in Smith’s 2001 will, which was drafted five years before her daughter’s birth. A judge also established a trust on the 18-month-old’s behalf, with Stern and Dannielynn’s father, Larry Birkhead, acting as co-trustees. Little Dannielynn is about to be one rich little baby!

I feel for that babygirl. They’re going to be fighting over her for that money her whole life. :smh:
