I think both ladies look very beautiful in the dress. However I think Vanessa has more of a presence in the dress than Rachel.

Rachel Bilson really rocks this dress better than Vanessa by far!
Vanessa looks like she’s wrapped in a sheet with this look.She’s looking really wide in comparison to Bilson.Maybe its the cameras adding on pounds, but Rachel pulls it off much better.
