Ummm let’s not forget that women are minorities too! And everything should not revolve around race. B. shouldn’t have to vote for Obama because he’s black just like white women shouldn’t have to vote for Hillary just because she’s a white female.
Now let’s say that every black person does what you’re suggesting they do which is put there support behind the first viable black candidate and all the white voted for Hillary…then Barack would lose. There are more white people than black (hence Blacks being a MINORity). Thank God that there are open minded people voting for whom they think will best represent their PERSONAL BELIEFS and ISSUES.

…I honor Obama’s accomplishments and see him as a symbol of empowerment…especially to AA men.
Hillary does nothing for me and does not symbolize anything for me as a woman or a woman of color, and evidently many women in the black community must have felt the same by the results of the polls.

David, none of the candidates know what it is like to be a homosexual, not one of them because they are not gay, so let’s just clear that and get it out of the way. That is the problem with America, the country would rather hide that which is not lily white and straight in a nice Martha Stewart designed closet than to deal with equality across the board. Don’t think for a minute that Obama if he becomes President will change the world while in office. No he too will have to deal with the homophobic and racists Republicans in Congress just like the Clintons had to. Let’s see how much he can do when in office when he is outvoted all the time or has to create policies that will please the majority of the voting parties overall.
This is B.Scott’s website so he can support Hillary all the way and not support Obama in any way. That is his right. I suppose he should pay Obama the same respect that you paid to Hillary with your comment on his website. You basically bashed her all up creek even for something she had no control over (the military policy). Respect begets respect.
But every American has one right, clear the wax out of your ears for this one. They have the right to choose who they want to vote for, period. If you don’t like it then I guess you will have to live with that. Judging by your comments, I see you lose a lot of sleep over what other people think. Grow a backbone and represent yourself. You don’t have the right to criticize what others think or what they do. B is a strong supporter of Hilliary because that is who he identifies with just like you identify with Obama.
Notice how everyone else speaks their opinions without bashing each other. It’s called being an adult and respecting that people have an opinion of their own. YOU are a supporter of Obama, period. I can respect that since I don’t care why you support him. That is YOUR choice.
