Kelly Osbourne first rocked this splendiferous black Karta jeweled mini dress to the Fiat 500 Launch Party in London about a week ago. The British celeb combined her dress with a pair of opaque tights, and gold shoes.
While Maria Menounos also wore the same ensemble to the Victoria Secrets party this weekend. So love muffins the question is, who rocked it better?

Kelly looks more sophisticated… like she put more thought into it. Maria looks nice, but like she grabbed the dress from the rack and some black slingbacks and was out.
