Check out the new cover of Vanity Fair’s annual Hollywood issue, on stands nationwide February 12! This special issue features the 10 fresh faces of Hollywood in 2008. The splendiferous cover was shot by celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz in two separate seatings: Emily Blunt, Amy Adams, Anne Hathaway and Jessica Biel made the cover with the Vanity Fair logo, and then the remaining six. Just stunning!

There is NOTHING stunning about this!

  • I think it’s quite stunning, and I love the ‘Hitchcock girl’ theme!

  • i see white people

  • Wow, this cover is really appealing to the anglo-readers.
Thank goodness for Essense, Ebony, Latina and Uptown magazines.

  • …sorry but a little bit too much white out…no diversity
when will ther be a vanity cover with all AA women or a mix of women of color on it?
Annie is a great photography, she’s photographed my mom and has worked with my dad (photographer) but sometimes her subject matter is redundant.

  • B im disappointed in you this time. I truly appreciate that you attempt to get our people out of the same ol way of thinking and doing things. Really is this the direction you want to point us in. Within the past two years Vanity Fair has only had three covers with any minorities on them (so im not only looking for black people)it just so happens that those three covers all happened to be black people. What about the Asians in the industry (Cho Yun-Fat, Michelle Yeoh, Ziyi Zhang)all of these are beutiful actors whom ive never seen on the front of any mainstream magazines. I cant even begin to list the many beautiful Latinos in the industry not spotlighted on the cover. People of color must learn to stop supporting white Americas Version of beauty. This is a classic example of what true beauty is according to our society’s definition. I just needed you I know you cant always please everyone all the time, but i expected more from someone who seeks to enlighten and empower.

  • SMH!!! Where is the diversity?! There are many talented and beautiful women of color in hollywood. It’s a shame that there aren’t any on this cover. next…

  • For heaven’s sake grow up you people!

Not everything has to be about diversity! Stop looking for something to bitch about in every freaking post. This is a STUNNING picture featuring some talented faces in Hollywood this year. Stop being so bitter and realize that, by complaining about “all these white bitches” YOU’RE the one shunning diversity.

Heck, last time I checked B.Scott was the very image of diversity, being of mixed heritage himself, so accusing him of not celebrating diversity is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard people complain about on this site.

This website is all about diversity, and you know what? Occasionally that includes white people.

  • I like the picture but why did the women of color (Zoe Saldana, America Ferrera, and Lymari Nadal) NOT make it? Can’t diversity mean that Emily Blunt shares the cover with America Ferrera, who is her equal in talent, beauty, and charisma? Surely America actually has more fame than any of the women on the cover. I like the women on the cover, but I like the women of color who didn’t make it as well – what’s wrong with including them all too? Not to mention Ellen Page made the issue and she’s the only Oscar nominee – the cover is a little weird if you ask me.

  • Please Brandon!! In the first place I applauded B’s inclusion a variety Hollywood. All im saying is that we need to stop eatin white people up and begin to love seeing our self and other people of color on the cover of Mag’s. In other words dont promote or buy those who dont acknowledge that there is more to the world than white people. Oo and Brandon, yes this website is diverse that beutiful pic by Annie is not. Unfortunately this is often the case with variety as well as many other mainstream mags. Like I said earlier 3covers in 2years that to me is an F.
