Rapper, Emienm was hospitalized in his hometown of Detroit over the holidays with a heart condition and pneumonia. His weight has ballooned over the past year, as he has kept out of the public light. His weight has become a real issue for him.

“Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem, was under doctor’s care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia. He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home.” Says his publicist,

Pagesix.com is reporting that Britney Spears arrived home safe and sound tonight to her Beverly Hills mansion, where creepy pal Sam Lufti was waiting for her with a bag of vicadin and two bottles of Nyquil arms wide open.

Britney has spent pretty much all of her time with creeper no. 2: Adnan Ghalib ever since leaving Cedars on Saturday afternoon. According to Australia’s Herald Sun the two were seen enjoying a champagne breakfast together at The Daily Grill in El Paseo, Palm Desert where a fellow diner told the newspaper, “Britney was enjoying her cocktail and even went to the restroom with her champagne flute while Adnan waited outside the door. When they finished breakfast they walked down the street together.”

I’d amazed she was able to wake up early enough to have breakfast. Must have been brunch!

Here are the first pics taken of Jamie Lynn Spears since the shocking announcement of her pregnancy last month. They were taken on Friday outside the Tangipahoa Adult Education Center in the soon-to-be teen mom’s hometown of Kentwood, La. She is pictured carrying a guide book for the GED test, so at least she’s concentrating on getting her high school diploma, even if she doesn’t actually attend high school. Mini-Spears has been home-schooled since last fall, but before that was a cheerleader at Parklane High School in McComb, Mississippi.

She’s obviously trying to hide the baby bump underneath that oversize sweatshirt. Let it all hang out Jamie Lynn! I wanna see some lycra and that ‘Hot Mama2B’ shirt Crazy-Brit bought you last month!
