Why does Mary get a cover EVERY year! I mean really! I’m tired of seeing her on Vibe. What about other artist like India. Arie, Angie Stone…. Why does Neo Soul get NO love! SOMEONE TELL ME!

She looks exactly like Keyshia Cole in that picture. They definitely could have scrapped that.

hahahaha! I thought that was Keyshia Cole too! I came here to post that and realized many others say the same thing LOL! And granted Mary was sporting the blond long before Keyshia…Keyshia came out this time around before Mary with this look (cropped blonde), yet Mary insisted to do it, knowing it was dead on Keyshia’s new look…so if ever there was an argument about the 2 looking the same this time…my vote goes w/ Keyshia!

My sentiments exactly about the similarities.

However Mary is just taking her look back cause she rocked this look on her “My Life” album and added in some modern tweaks.

It does remind my of Keyshia cole and the scary part is I can’t see mary in there no where. I don’t see Mary J Blige on the cover.

I think the mag flubbed up and put a pic of Keyshia on there to stir up some shit. lmao Looks nothing like Mary. I don’t get why people hating on Mary, what gives?

Look how much lighter mary’s skin is… I think vibe wanted mary to look like Keyshia cause they KNEW it would cause drama.AND IT HAS! DAMN!

  15. Hey Hey on January 25, 2008 at 9:25 pm #

She is so beautiful. She looks younger in each new picture

That’s Mary by far. What cover in today’s world doesn’t have a little retouch to it? Keyshia is the knock of version of Mary. Just like Ri Ri is the knock off version of Beyonce. STOP buying knock offs.
