She definitely looks healthier. She's admitted to using drugs in the past. That doesn't make her an addict. My school had a fair share of rich, very great-on-paper looking kids who did hard drugs all the time. A history of drug use doesn't shock me anymore. I saw my fellow classmates use cocaine from my first week of orientation to the day before commencement. Congrats to them if it’s true. She definitely looks healthier. My daughter-n-law is pregnant w/twins and doesn't look a day pregnant, she's almost 4 months! Besides knowing you're carrying twins and knowing the sex of the baby is totally different.
