Splashnews.com released the first picture of Michelle Williams and baby Matilda arriving in New York tonight, the day after Michelle’s ex-partner Heath Ledger was found dead in his apartment. Michelle had been in Sweden filming her latest movie, Mammoth when she heard the sad news about Heath.
This breaks my heart, love muffins. Keep on smiling, Matilda… keep on smiling.

This whole situation is depressing. It’s sad to lose young promising talent like Heath. I do feel sorry that little princess. Thank god she will have more support and opportunities than other children around the globe that have lost one or both parents. I find it disgusting that this little girl and her mother have cameras flashing in their face as they return to grieve and honour their loved one. Like everyone else I am interested but I am a little disappointed that this has been the lead story on the news and new websites more than the incredibly shaky global economy, the two wars we are fighting, and humanitarian aid for refugees of Darfur being hijacked.
