Angie wasn´t nominated. Next year will be. But it doesn`t matter because she already has an Oscar, 3 Golden Globe, 2 SAG. 23 awards won & 30 awards nominated = Her talent has recognized 53 times, she´s only 32 years old!
I hope Cate wins!

Interesting list. I think this is Juno’s year. I love the movie and think Ellen Page is brilliant in the role. Don’t count out Marion Cotillard. La Vie en Rose a great film.

Please, Angelina doesn’t need an Oscar when she has Brad Pitt!! LOL. It would be pretty cool if Ruby Dee won though. Mackmama, I still haven’t watched my bootleg, but now that I know about this, I’m going to check it out.

This is pathetic. None of the most talked about movies are even nominated … Where is Denzel’s best actor nomination for both of his stellar films, “American Gangster” and “The Great Debaters” ???!!! where is Will Smith’s nod at for “I Am Legend” ????!!!!
HollyWood is such a SCAM!

I hope they boycott this mess. It’s not worth watching. I’m not even going to talk about the lack of diversity. SMH.

Congrats to Ruby Dee, she defintely earned it. I would have also liked to see Jurnee Smollet nominated for her role in The Great Debaters but I’m good.

It’s obvious this shyt is rigged. This is so oh bullshyt where the fuck is American Gangsters and The Great Debaters????? Denzel and Jurnee Smollet got robbed AGAIN! SMH the things we black people have to do to get recognized. Congrats to Ruby Dee the only person on the list deserving of an award. Everyone else is people i’ve never heard of, or movies I don’t care to see.

#9 we are I2I.how did american gangster or The Great Debaters not get nominated. Wheres Denzels nomination.Oh, I guess we should be happy Ruby Dee got nominated. No disrespect to Ms.Rudy Dee because she’s a legend, but her role was not that great in American Gangster. I will not be watching or supporting this award show.

What about The Great Debates??? This was a phenomenal, must see movie for everyone. Once again our Black actors, actresses, and primarily Black movies are overlooked for movies that don’t have one quarter the caliber of talent or the ability to provoke thought, just so more mainstream movies receive more recognition.
