January 21, 2008 Bye Bye Adnan, Hello New Photogs
The Sun is reporting that Britney has dumped paparazzi lover Adnan Ghalib and has even gone as far as to get a restraining order on him, in order to protect herself from him getting close and then tipping off colleagues so they could sell exclusve photos of the singer.
A source close to Britney said: “She thought Adnan was her knight in shining armour. He gained her trust by protecting her from photographers and being a friendly face in her darkest periods.
“But Britney now believes he was making money. She’s deeply upset and feels used.”
Last night Ghalib insisted he was still dating Britney, telling TMZ “everything is, and was, fine” and that he was in Santa Barbara for a couple of days for a family funeral.
But the revelation hasn’t stopped Brit-Brit from charming more photographers. Brit was seen in Los Angeles this weekend inviting multiple photographers back to her LA home.
One X17 spokesperson says: “Britney said, ‘Come with me, let’s have fun.’ She opened a bottle of champagne and went on the patio to smoke cigarettes.
“Britney expressed disappointment and anger toward Adnan for being ‘set-up’ in photographs that Adnan and his agency have sold.”
Oh the life and loves of Britney Spears. I just can’t keep up. All I know is, she won’t find love by sleeping with the enemy.

This girl is crazy as the day is long. Even crazier. What did she think a paparazzi was going to do? She better hope he doesn’t have a sex tape. Actually, she’d probably like that. Maybe that was her goal all along.
