Arm Candy: Burberry $22,000 ‘Alligator’ Warrior Bag!

Burberry has unleashed the newest IT arm candy, the $22,000 ‘Alligator’ Warrior Bag! Even though I simply adore this splendiferous alligator skin bag, I think even if I had that kind of money to spend on some arm candy - I wouldn’t but it’s still super duper fierce none the less!

Well it seems to be a trend going on in fashion when it comes to the latest must have bags, which is why they are getting more and more outrageously expensive! We all remember the Chanel ‘Forever’ bag, also cut from alligator skin and laced with 334 diamonds that sold for a whopping $261,000!

And let’s not forget the sold-out Louis Vuitton Tribute Patchwork bag that only Beyonce was photographed rocking last year which retailed at $46,000!

So what do you think love muffins, are these tasty arm candies worth the steep prices?

Those bags are not IT!!! They are over priced and UGLY!!!

That alligator bag is FIERCE but I refuse to pay for a damm bag when I could buy a house for that same price. I don’t think so. And that patchwork bag is hideous … What the hell is going on in the world?

No way, only a monkeydoodle fool would pay such prices. You know how many families could eat with the purchase of only 1 bag? A lot of food could be purchased!

Why? when they make the LV bags in china this bag probaly cost 50.00 dolllor to make. the bag was made in china and the stamp was was made France! Dont be fooled be schooled.that Louis Vuitton Tribute Patch work bag, i would pay 150.00 to 200.00 Tops. How many real people do you know that would pay that type of money for that pruse? even if i had that tpye of bread i would not pay that type of money for pruse.

It would be stupid for anyne to pay that much for a bag; don’t care how rich you are, especially if all it took to manifacture the bag was $20.00 in the 1st place. Just a big waste of money.

This just goes to show that this world is full (to the brim) with goofy people that will actually buy this kind of stuff. I’ve never understood fads and brand names. Okay, I’m going to try again….designers make these expensive items….goofy people buy them…..the designers live lavishly and practically need for nothing…..the consumer..um…urrr….oh yeah, they get to walk around and have people notice that they have what ever item it is. Wow….now that a good trade off….NOT!

Somebody please tell me the proceeds from the sale of that $261,000 purse went to charity! It just had to be part of some kind of fundraising event, right?

Please tell me that was the case because I simply can’t wrap my brain around someone obviously too rich for their own good, paying that much money for a purse simply to make a fashion statement!

People just aren’t that fucked up in the head, are we?

The purse more than likely was given to the few people who got it for free! I am sure Bernard Arnault (7th richest person in the world [26 bln] and who is the Chairman of Dior as well as the LVMH group saw this as a perfect opportunity for pretty much at the end of the day free publicity for a company that doesn’t need it. It’s funny how I hear so many people scream out for money to be donated to charity when a rich person buys a luxury item but I have never heard when one of my friends buys a new Mercedes or Escalade or what not anyone screaming for them to have got a Kia and donated the rest to charity. If you got it get it.

i LOVE the alligator bag, but the other too are ugly. The most I will spend on a bag is maybe 75.00. it’s really ridiculous to pay that much for a purse, but you have to remember , it is all relative- the people who buy those bags are the ones with ridiculous bank account balances.

I am a bag lover…but like most average women on an average income I can’t afford the Hermes and such. Although I am a lover of nice bags, my taste is not dictated by a price tag. Meaning…just because it is 46K and up…doesn’t mean its the hot ish to get. Those bags are hideous! And the only reason why beyonce was the only one sporting the patch work pag is because she is known to have questionable taste. Her style just somewhat improved about 2 years ago anyways. That bag is hideous and I’ve only seen her sport it once…which leads me to believe that the bag was lent to her by LV for her to pose with in one of her many “candid” outtings.

I PErsonelly dont like any of the bags except for the channel one..the burberry one looks cheap sundaay market (understand if ur from london)..sort of type of bag..and the otherone just gave me a headache from looking at it..even though im a big LV FAN..and the channel is nice.but not worth whatever ghastly amount was written!

and people dont buy LV Bags in america or London for that matter..its always better to wait for a friend or a family memmber to go to france..beacause their about 50% cheaper..in the jan sales..but if u live in america i understand why that would be a problem..but UK peops..paris is only 2 hours away..its well worth the trip

Thats the bag beyonce has, she was the first to get it before it even came out. She paid like 100,000 dollars for it though, well she got like that. But thats a hell of a nice bag and it includes 15 different Louie bags in one.LOVE IT!!!!!

I love bags. They are my addiction, but the patchwork is really ugly i have seen better in payless
