This song, or cd for that matter, never gets old to me. I love it, and I truly miss Aaliyah.

She will truly be missed. I remeber when I heard that she passed on the radio driving. I dam near had to pull over becaues i just felt so sad. i felt such a connection with her when growing up…and her music self explained everything that i had felt growing up and what i was going through…its just sad…I take both her birthdays and death and celebrate them knowing that she was an angel that graced this earth and blessed me as well with others with her God given talent…RIP~Aaliyah..

Her videos were always so original. You don’t see videos much like that anymore.

I can’t believe its been 7 years, I was a sophomore in HS (well going to be, since it was still August). I don’t think I ever cried that hard over someone who wasn’t family. RIP.

Thanks B. Scott…
I really miss Aaliyah as an artist and fashion icon.. she was a stunning young lady with a sincere dispostion. I found her to be relatable and I’ve always admired her from the beginning (Age ain’t nothing but a number). Aaliyah was fierce and could have been the next biggest star in Hollywood.
She is dearly missed.
My prayers and thoughts go out to her family.

Thank you! I remember that I was sitting on my sofa when they announced that she passed away. I cried for days. I remeber losing my frist born and I understood how her parents felt. This is something that you never get over. You learn to keep going on. Not soon afterr she died September 11th happened. My favorite song is ” the one I gave my heart to”. Thank you so much!!
