Pagesix.com is reporting that Britney Spears arrived home safe and sound tonight to her Beverly Hills mansion, where creepy pal Sam Lufti was waiting for her with a bag of vicadin and two bottles of Nyquil arms wide open.

Britney has spent pretty much all of her time with creeper no. 2: Adnan Ghalib ever since leaving Cedars on Saturday afternoon. According to Australia’s Herald Sun the two were seen enjoying a champagne breakfast together at The Daily Grill in El Paseo, Palm Desert where a fellow diner told the newspaper, “Britney was enjoying her cocktail and even went to the restroom with her champagne flute while Adnan waited outside the door. When they finished breakfast they walked down the street together.”

I’d amazed she was able to wake up early enough to have breakfast. Must have been brunch!

Pagesix.com’s source says that “all medical options are being explored at this time for Britney, she knows she needs help, but getting the help is another story.”
