January 5, 2008 Britney Spears Released From Hospital!
Goodness, Britney Spears has demanded and has been allowed to leave Cedar Sinai Medical Center hospital today before her 72-hour psychiatric evaluation was complete! Brit-Brit reportedly demanded to leave after she erupted into a temper tantrum due to Dr. Phil McGraw stopping by her psych ward bedroom for an unscheduled visit. There is no word if Kevin Federline or her father Jamie Spears who has been constantly by her side since her Thursday “nervous breakdown” were notified prior to her release. Stay tuned love muffins! (B. Scott faints, falls out and rolls underneath his bed!)
Update: Britney was released in accordance with the 5150 law which stipulates that someone can be held for-up to 72 hours if they pose a threat to themselves or others. As soon as medical officials feel the patient no longer poses a threat, they are required to let that patient leave the facility.

That is the sad thing about a case like this…they cannot make her stay she still has rights. Lawd she should have stayed…why do I think she will be all up in the club tonight…

Right, heres the thing, they can’t hold her against her wishes unless it’s been ordered by a judge. That hasn’t happened. Furthermore, because the U.S has no public health service, she can’t be taken into state care and therefore must pay for her own treatment: again, not gonna happen. So she’s free to roam the streets unless a judge orders her to be held, which NEEDS to be done. Someone help this girl or her time will soon be up.

And this is why I laugh at Britney. Of course I wish she wasn’t crazy, and wacked out of her mind right now. But this shit has t stop she knows good and damn well that she is off the rocker why won’t you just accept the help they offer to you. This and her not showing up to court just proves that she doesn’t want her kids cause she would have made some type of adjustments in her life. Fuck the pressure you’re just crazy. By the way when is Nicole Richie gon have her damn baby already!

I really want britney to get better but the only person that can save britney now is herself. people are praying and her loved ones are reaching out now its up to Britney to save herself. God will always love and be patient with her but she must listen to Him and recieve him. All we can do is continue to pray for her because she is lost, this is not Britney.
