After Britney Spears’ 72-hour psychiatric hold expires on Sunday night, she will enter into an extended inpatient psychiatric care at an undisclosed location in California, a family insider told PageSix.com exclusively. Brit-Brit had a severe and complete “nervous breakdown and there is no drug or alcohol problem with her” leaving Jamie Spears, Kevin Federline and Sam Lutfi united in their grief and concern for the heavy sedated in and out of consciousness pop-princess. The source revealed that three worried men huddled together in the early hours of Friday morning in the psychiatric ward visiting room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., and “broke down and cried over the horrible events that occurred late Thursday night.”
