Justin Chambers Treated at Psych Ward!

Grey’s Anatomy star, Justin Chambers checked into UCLA Medical Center’s psych ward earlier this week, but has checked out. He “was exhausted and suffers from a sleeping disorder,” his rep tells TMZ.com. “He went in voluntarily to get some help.” The UCLA Medical Center is the same facility where Britney Spears is currently under a 72-hour psychiatric hold. Lord, what is really going on?!

Britney Spears Update: Take Her Home Lynne!

Update: Britney Spears is resting peacefully at the UCLA Medical Center her mother said just hours after police escorted her to the hospital from her Beverly Hills home.

According to the L.A. Times, “Authorities said the welfare hold was prompted by a telephone call they received from Spear’s psychiatrist. It was unclear exactly when they had received the call, but it was apparent that the operation had been carefully planned over a period of time. Unlike the first welfare hold — in which Spears’ ambulance was closely pursued by a throng of photographers — vehicles today were blocked from following the same route. The motorcade that whisked Spears to the hospital also showed a large investment in resources. The line of emergency vehicles stretched longer than a football field.”

It is also being reported that there was a power struggle going on at the hospital in regards to who is making decisions on Britney’s behalf, between Lynne/Jamie Spears and Sam Lutfi. According to sources both wanted control but only one could have it. Sam has been making decisions for Brit-Brit for weeks now.

The power struggle has ended with the parents having control and working closely with UCLA hospital officials in the care of Britney Spears but a judge will most likely have the final say. Lynne Spears has made it in known that she wants to take her back home to Lousiana, which is exactly what she needs! According to one of her lawyers, Flanagan:

Lynne feels that the biggest problem facing Britney’s recovery is the circle of friends she’s become involved with and Lynne desperately wants to extricate her daughter from that. “Brit has an amazing support system in Louisiana,” Flanagan says, reinforcing the belief that Britney simply can’t get the help she needs while she remains in L.A. “Lynn was holding up reasonably well, but her first priority and concern right now is with her daughter and helping her through this very tough situation that she is in.”

My thoughts and prayers are with Britney Spears and her family and if anyone has any intentions other than to help her - may they be damned!

Britney Spears Hospitalization Was Planned!

TMZ is reporting that Britney Spears’ hospitalization was planned.

The plan to get Britney into UCLA Medical Center had been hatched for days — it was aborted last night, but executed just minutes ago. And we’re told the plan was so intricate the FAA had cleared airspace in route to the hospital.

Back at her house, Britney’s psychiatrist told her she was going to the hospital. Her response was, “Is something wrong?” She was not resistant. She made hot chocolate and waited before paramedics arrived and placed her on a gurney.

We’re told the psychiatrist felt her condition had deteriorated. Britney had not slept since Saturday — a day and half longer than she stayed up in recent memory.

The reason she’s at UCLA is her new treating psychiatrist practices out of that medical center.

We’re told during her initial 72-hour stay she cannot be forced to take medication against her will. If, however, she refuses to take meds, the plan is for the the psych to go to court and have Britney held for an additional 14 days, during which time he can administer proper medications.

And get this ironic twist — Lynne Spears and Adnan drove to the Medical Center in the same car. A source tells us when Lynne found out Britney was being committed, she blamed it on Sam and was extremely agitated. When Brit heard that, she screamed to her mother, “Shut the hell up.”

Britney Spears Hospitalized - Under Psychiatric Hold!!!

I can’t take this, my heart is honestly aching for her right now! Britney Spears was taken to UCLA Medical Center on an ambulance that arrived at her house at around after 1 A.M. early Thursday morning! My sources are also revealing that Lynne Spears and Adnan followed the ambulance in the same car behind what is being reported as at least a dozen police cars! Britney Spears has been put under the same hold she was put under the last time, a 5150 psychiatric hold, which will last for 72 hours. Love muffins all this has disturbed my spirit… about to do a video right now!

Britney Spears has been under the treatment of a psychiatrist for awhile now according to reports. Brit-Brit’s current psychiatrist was present at her home last night due to his and her family’s concern about her worsening mental health. Her psychiatrist was the one who called the police in order to get her to the hospital.

It is also being reported that Britney has not slept properly in days causing her mental state to go from one extreme to the other.

I’m so sad about this - first Heath Ledger death, now this! Jesus please take the wheel!

Britney Spears Tries To Commit Sucide!?

The police were called to Britney Spears’ house again last night to investigate a possible suicide attempt! Helicopters, paparazzi and curious neighbors gathered at the gate of Britney Spears Beverly Hills house Wednesday night! It was complete and utter craziness out there! There are reports that she did in fact either exhibit behavior convincing those around her that she a danger to herself and/or others that were in her presence last night!

Thank God they are also reporting that Britney is unharmed and nothing serious happened. Lord please be with Britney Spears today, love muffins please pray for her! She really does need to be committed so that she can receive the treatment she desperately needs!
