Paula Abdul might seem a little crazy, sometimes, but apparently her fans are even crazier. Recently, Paula told reporters that an obsessed fan who worked at her doctor’s office stole a sample of her urine. I guess an autograph from Adbul just wouldn’t cut it.

The 45 year old, American Idol judge revealed, “Well, this is gross, but I was once at the gynecologist and my doctor said, ‘We asked you to do a urine sample, so where is it?’

“I told him that I’d left it out in reception, and when he came back he said, ‘This is really embarrassing but a man who works here is your biggest fan and he stole it.’ Needless to say he got fired. In hindsight it’s a funny story.”

Maybe the fan stole the sample to do his own drug testing to see what kind of pills Paula is taking. Who doesn’t want to know the reasons behind her wacky behavior on American Idol?

Last Thursday, Bow Wow’s rep issued a statement that the he had been admitted to the hospital last week, due to “exhaustion and stress,” but Bow Wow kept it real and stepped up to tell the truth. Bow admits that the rep’s statement is “B.S.”, as he told MTV that the hospital trip was actually due to a significiant amount of blood loss from a hand injury. Upset that some props were missing for the performance, Bow Wow “hit something and cut his hand.”

“It would not stop bleeding. I lost a lot of blood, went onstage, put out a lot of energy, came off, got light-headed. I fainted, went to the hospital.”

The rapper, whose real name is Sahd Gregory Moss, explained. “I was bummed out because a lot of the stuff that I had as part of my show wasn’t there,” the rapper says. “I was upset nobody made me aware of it, and I threw a tantrum.”

Is Britney worthy of being a guest judge on Fox’s American Idol? Well, not according to one of the producers of the show!

American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe told Usmagazine.com during a conference call “I would have had Britney Spears last year when I thought she was trying to get it all back together again.” He continued: “Britney, at this moment in time, I don’t think is well enough to do anything,” “I think she needs looking after. I think she needs to pull herself together.”

Lythgoe added that Spears is an “exceptionally talented girl” but “needs taking care of right now.” Thoughts love muffins?
