The Hills Co-Star, Heidi Montag showed off a new look on Saturday, the day after undergoing a lip enhancement procedure. Heidi also had her boobs done earlier in the year. Something tells me Heidi isn’t happy with herself and being in the shadow of The Hills Star, Lauren Conrad. Thoughts?

I’m sure she isn’t happy not being the center of attention or LC’s rival. There really is no other explanation for why such a pretty girl would feel the need to have so many plastic surgeries.

She’s doing it for attention.
I heard that she payed a papper to take some pictures of her while she goes into a restaurant and then she leave though the back door without having dinner.

Well at least she looks pretty.
Unlike Ashley Tizdale, the work she had done doesn’t make her prettier, she looked better before.

I think this picture has been photoshopped a lil bit…I mean, I see she’s had work done, but her head looks to big for body…almost like its been cut n pasted…but maybe I’m trippin…I dont like the heifer anyway
