I also have to give it up for Reese Witherspoon and Rihanna for serving up some major hotness every time their stilettos hit the red carpet this year. Reese’s style this year was sleek and sexy while Rihanna deserves to be on this list if only for bringing the bob back into style. These two fashionistas were definitely ones to watch this year.
Beyonce and Jennifer Garner also stood out in 2007 when it came to rocking fashionable threads. Jennifer Garner lost her baby weight and looked better than ever while Beyonce experimented with high fashion in a unique way this year.

Rihanna & Beyonce. Both switched it up well and wore both high fashion and casual wear. They also had GREAT head-toe looks, and a few that made me go WHY?? But overall, they killed it

Rihanna definitely has my vote!!! She brought it all year long … She even has folks asking for “the Rihanna” instead of calling it the bob … In my opinion she was fashion this year … Making high fashion look comfortable isn’t easy, but somehow she managed …
