December 31, 2007 Best Of 2007: Best Album!

As with any year, there were plenty of albums released in 2007. But only a few were able to tickle my fancy. Some of these albums moved my soul, others touched my spirit, and others just made me wanna hit the club house. In the end, I don’t really care how commercially successful the album was. The only thing I care about is if it made me groove. So here’s my list of 2007 best albums (in no particular order).
- Feist – The Reminder
- Mary J. Blige – Growing Pains
- Alicia Keys – As I Am
- Kanye West – Graduation
- Amy Winehouse – Back To Black
- Britney Spears – Blackout
- Jill Scott – The Real Thing: Words and Sounds Vol. 3
- Jay-Z – American Gangster
- Keyshia Cole – Just Like You
- Rihanna – Good Girl Gone Bad
- Kylie Minogue – X
So love muffins, Let me know which albums had you jammin’ this year?

Hands down Amy Winehouse.
Jill’s album was more disappointing than Beyonce with no lacefront wig or a date with Kim Kardashian after she decides to go celibate

Since when were Keyshia Cole and Rihanna considered singers? I didn’t know they sang. Rihanna takes the cake on fashion thats her area right there I’ll give her that, but definitely not music wise (Umbrella was cute though but that didn’t require much vocal ability lets be real). And Keyshia Cole is better suited for reality tv than singing cause she is off key ALL the time. Although her first album was cute she would be a better back up singer or ghost writer for better vocal artist in my opinion. I like real singers my favorite albums were:
Amy Winehouse “Back To Black”
Alicia Keys “As I Am”
Chrisette Michele “I Am”
Mary J. Blige “Growing Pains”
Jill Scott – The Real Thing: Words and Sounds Vol. 3
I don’t really listen to rap music but I like that Kanye West album “Graduation” especially “Flashing Lights” thats my jam right there.

Even though Kelly did not sale as expected her album was great. It did not get the aknowledgements or the respect it deserved.
