I definitely agree with u B. Scott about Mariah Carey being one of the most talented and splendiferous female vocalist ever! In my personal opinion,I would say that Jill Scott is also a very talented female vocalist because she also can hit notes in the sixth and seventh octave and she writes her own music. Jill Scott’s soul resides in her music and she uses her vocal ability in various ways in each of her songs such as in “Golden” “Whatever” or “Come see me”. Her vocal creativity is unmatched and unsurpassed. Another female artist who in my opinion has a fantastic voice is Yolanda Adams-IF YOU’VE EVER LISTENED TO ANY OF HER SONGS-NEED I SAY MORE? Yes she is a gospel singer but her voice is amazing and pure as water. My top 3 female vocalist are Mariah Carey, Jill Scott, and Yolanda Adams.

Not only does she bring us the incredible vocals, the beautifully written songs, but she has a drive and a faith thats admirable, despite what some fools say about her shes never publicly bitched anyone out, shes never rude to anyone, even the Paps, shes an incredibly hard worker and, most importantly for me, a positive role model not just for everyone out there, but for being mixed and proud!

My favorite Female artist is ofcourse the hottest chick in the game-MS. BEYONCE. I really don’t consider her a diva though. I mean a diva can be a good thing or a bad thing, but people seem to use it in a mean way toward Beyonce. Well I love Beyonce because she is so dedicated to what she does, she loves her fans dearly, she is so humble and she is a positive role model for women everywhere.

i def. agree w/ “the trilogy”..lmao B, but my fav diva is w/o a doubt christina aguilera, i think she strength, she makes her own choices & doesnt apologize 4 them.. many take away from her talent b/c of that… esp. when she did her dirrty album… my girl can perform, write songs & match or best ne 1’s vocals out here.. i messes w/ christina aguilera.. her vocal talent, range & power is def something the lord made.. i LOVE HER, but i will get on her when she crosses a line.. unlike other diva fanatics i kno…. but other than her DEFINATELY heather headley, that woman is slept on 4real… everything about her is real from her emotions to her her spirit.. her soul is beautiful, as well as jill scotts… but C.A is my # 1, sw. heather a close 2nd…. long live the trilogy, & all the greats who will follow..

Whie I like Beyonce, Christina, Ciara, Janet, Mary J and others when it comes down to it Mariah is the ultimate to me. There is a reason why she has 17 #1’s. She is just one of the best female artists of my lifetime!
