Nickelodeon is considering airing a “teen pregnancy” special about sex and love following the shocking news this week that Zoey 101 star Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant at the young age of 16, according to the Associated Press. Linda Ellerbee, an outspoken journalist, who has done shows before on the network, would host the special. Ellerbee says “I think it’s important that something be done,” she said.
Yes, something should be done. A show about safe sex, proper precautions, the difference between ‘love’ and ’sex’… for example. I think Nickelodeon needs to take a stand and make an example for the young audience they are aimed at. What are your thoughts, love muffins?

I don’t think 16 year olds watch Nickelodeon anymore. But hey I say go for it

I’m all for it. Even if 16 yr olds aren’t watching Nickelodeon, those that do, will be 16 at some point. I remember watching the Nick News (or whatever it’s name is) back in the day, and found the information presented to be matter-of-fact, but age appropriate.
