Check out the premiere of Ashlee Simpson’s new video for “Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)”, the first single from her third album, produced by Timbaland.
I agree with Pete Wentz (Ashlee’s boyfriend) when he described it as “probably the weirdest video I’ve seen of hers” and said that it, like the song, “has this kind of multiple personality.” I love it!

Um ok, so I wont say that I dislike it, because I have to give it to her for being creative and taking a chance. But I feel like she somewhat robbed the fun and lightness out of the track. When I first heard it, I had visuals of pinks, and pastels, a very 80s video in mind reminiscent of Madonna or Blondie. I just dont find the video “fun” light the song. Waaaaay too EXTRA, like someone was trying to do something different, but their creative mind didnt really execute it well. Hmmmm

OMG, and yall threw Beyonce under the bus for swagger jackin’. This shit (let’s call it what it is) looks just like Gwen Stefani’s “Whatcha waitin’ for”. And just when I was about to semi give up on Beyonce jockin you praise this haffa!!

It’s very creative and nostalgic. It has a huge surreal theme to it, which corresponds to the lyrics. I love it!
