December 13, 2007 Flashback Video: Whitney Houston – Exhale (Shoop Shoop)



Love muffins I had to post the video for Whitney Houston’s “Exhale (Shoop Shoop)” because last night during my nightly bubble-bath I finally exhaled my last relationship! Even though it has been over two years – I was still holding on to certain things that happened in the relationship which prevented me from releasing it and completely moving on to hopefully love again. I was just sitting in the bathtub and I just randomly spiritually exhaled all the baggage from the relationship that I had been clinging to. I have no idea what caused it to occur but I’m so happy I did, exhale!
