i agree with the other comments as well the dress wasn’t for either on, but it i had to pick i’d say shanti did the dress justice, heidi looks like she came off the streets and stepped into the spotlight to show off those new

okay, I don’t like Heidi from what I see on the Hills…. but I do think she looks better. Her boobs look better and I think the dress is a little to high for Ashanti’s legs. Could be the photo and a little shadow but her legs look way out of shape.
