Reese Witherspoon, 31, who earns between $15-$20 million a movie, has topped The Hollywood Reporter’s annual list of the highest-paid actresses. Angelina Jolie, 32, came in second, with a similar amount, though she only made $8 million for Beowulf. Third place goes to Cameron Diaz, 35, who cashes in about $15 million per movie. But can you believe that she took home $30 million for the third installment of Shrek this year. Work ladies!

A source close to Britney Spears’ former producer (and ex) J.R. Rotem has revealed to Usmagazine.com that the text messages In Touch Weekly claims to have received are “faked.”

A day after both Rotem and Spears pal Sam Lutfi issued statements firmly denying the cover story— which claimed Spears was carrying Rotem’s child — a rep for the tabloid released alleged text messages from Rotem, in which he said, “Yes, it’s true.” Besides the obvious inconsistencies in the story — women do not get ultrasounds when they’re only four weeks pregnant — text messages are easy to manipulate (as The Huffington Post shows here).

“In Touch is trying to cover themselves up,” a source explained to Usmagazine.com. On Wednesday, Rotem released the following statement to Us: “There is absolutely no truth to this.” In a text message to Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show in L.A. Wednesday, Lutfi also debunked the story, calling it “BS. Don’t know who made it up. J.R. doesn’t even know what’s up. It’s fake. Completely fake.”

Praise God for Jesus that Brit-Brit isn’t pregnant again, she can barely handle having visitation with the two she already has!

We all saw the video of Akon unnecessarily throwing a kid off the stage awhile back, apparently the police agree and now have charged the high-pitched voiced R&B singer with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree harassment!

The charges stem from an incident last June in upstate NY when he was performing at a concert and someone in the crowd allegedly threw something at the singer on stage. Akon asked the crowd to point out the culprit. A security guard picked a 15-year-old out from the crowd and sent him up to the stage, where Akon hoisted him onto his shoulders and flung him into the crowd. Smack that! The kid landed on another teen who told the local paper she was later diagnosed with a concussion.
